This letter is to update you regarding our Wild West event, we are successfully bringing solutions to new procedures in order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for you and your family,
Our team is in daily communication with the Health Department with changes to new regulations regarding Covid-19. Some of these regulations change weekly, however, our most recent update is that our Wild West event cannot happen until we are allowed to enter Phase III. There is no set date for it yet, our hope is that we can resume normal schedule mid-September. Rest assured, when it is confirmed to move forward, our new dates will be set up and communication will be sent out to ALL ticket holders.
Currently we have several events happening at YDHR, our Heritage Days and Heritage High Teas. These events will run every Saturday in July. You have options as to how you utilize your reservation. If you want to switch to another event, you’ll be able to use your Wild West tickets as a credit toward any of our other events running into 2021. Simply email us your current reservation number and the name of the chosen event including the date. Our staff will be happy to switch your reservation to the chosen event for you, which will then update our system.
It certainly has been an interesting time and your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated during these challenging situations that we have faced. Our goal at YDHR is to create exciting and fun-filled events that you and your family will enjoy, creating lasting memories. It is our greatest desire to continue to do this for years to come.
