Dear Guests and Friends of the Railway

Like many of you we know how hard these times are, and how uncertainty is surrounding these difficult times. We believe that as we practice all the government recommendations and adhere to all of the guidelines and requirements, we will continue see the curve flatten, and hope that better days will be ahead for us all. 

The following safety measures will be implemented within YDHR:

  • Coaches have reduced capacity to 40%
  • Hand sanitation stations are placed all throughout the grounds of the event
  • On-site medic for all activities and events
  • Body temperatures of each attendee will be taken upon arrival at registration
  • Our lineups and ques will be measured for social distancing
  • Reminder signage will be posted around the grounds

As you can imagine these additional measures not only create more cost and staff requirements, but also make our events very limited in the number of guests per event. However we are committed to ensure your safety, and the safety of your family at all costs.

Given the new capacity limits, we know that the demand for our annual events that are usually sold out, will be in great demand. For those of you who want to keep up with your traditions or family activities, we recommend you to book now for future events that you don’t want to miss, so you will not be disappointed when the event sells out.

Refunds

Our organization has a strict policy that there will be no refunds, under any circumstances. That being said, we will offer YDHR credits in the event that a newly assigned date does not work with your schedule, you can use your reservation as a YDHR credit toward any other event, right into 2021.
